Main Course




Hünkar Beğendi (Sultan’s Delight)

Smoked and slow-braised lamb leg, cooked gently over low heat, presented atop a velvety purée of fire-roasted eggplant.

Baklava with Kaymak Ice Cream

Layers of flaky pastry filled with nuts, finished with fragrant syrup and accompanied by rich kaymak-style ice cream.
